ABOUT MY WORK: I am very much a mixed-media artist, producing both two and three dimensional work incorporating a variety of materials and techniques. My paintings on paper and canvas and other materials are primarily abstract and often convey a sense of an expansive landscape or a journey through an imaginary realm.
My sculptures reference the vessel shape and often incorporate found elements to evoke the feeling of a very old object found buried in the earth or a richly adorned reliquary holding the remains of something precious.
